Shipping Information

  • Shipping Area: United States only

  • Shipping Cost: Based on carrier rates (calculated at checkout)

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligible Product Condition: Only items that are new and unused in original packaging.

  • Return Method: Returns can be made in-store or at a drop-off location.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable software

  • Health/personal care items

  • Perishables (food, flowers)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us for a replacement of the same item.
